Wennet Suniga, Dental Assistant

Wennet graduated from Lyceum Northwestern University in the Philippines in 2019 and finds it rewarding to be an integral part of our dental team. She enjoys having the opportunity to develop her professional identity and sense of responsibility in assisting dentists during procedures and delivering a quality experience in patient care.

As a dedicated, hard-working and passionate dental nurse with overseas experience, Wennet practises high-quality patient care with good organisational skills. She undertakes general reception duties and administrative tasks to support the practice. Wennet also works collaboratively with the team and assists dentists in the clinical setting, educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care. “I am eager to expand my skill set through additional training and maintain standards and procedures.”

For Wennet, the most rewarding aspect of being a dental nurse is having the ability to reduce patients’ anxiety, make them feel comfortable and be able to communicate with them effectively.

When she’s not at the practice, Wennet likes to spend most of her time with her family, cooking, going on park visits with her little one and reading books or listening to music.
